Refund policy

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, you may request a size, address or other order change by contacting us at support@commafootball.com as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate your request where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing has begun.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with the quality of your purchase. Returns, exchanges and refunds are available in accordance with this Refund Policy and your rights under applicable consumer law.

If you believe your product is faulty, damaged, defective, misdescribed or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us at support@commafootball.com with your order details and information about the issue.

We may request photographs or other reasonable information to help us assess your claim.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may offer a returnless resolution for certain approved refund, replacement or exchange claims. In these circumstances, we may ask you to permanently mark, alter or destroy the item, for example by cutting the garment, and provide photographic evidence before the resolution is processed. We will provide instructions if this applies to your claim.

We may instead require the physical item to be returned to us.

Where a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, the remedy available to you will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer law and may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Size

Except where you have a statutory right of withdrawal or another right under applicable law, we do not generally accept returns, refunds or exchanges solely because you changed your mind or selected the incorrect size.

Please review the applicable size chart and product information carefully before placing your order. If you need assistance selecting a size, please contact us at support@commafootball.com before purchasing.

Sale and Final-Sale Products

Products identified as sale or final sale may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges.

This restriction does not apply where you have a right to return the product under applicable consumer law, including where a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

Any applicable statutory right of withdrawal is also unaffected except where a lawful exception applies.

Pre-Order / Wait & Save Products

Pre-Order and Wait & Save products are not immediately available for dispatch and may be made or ordered specifically in anticipation of customer demand.

If you wish to request cancellation of a Pre-Order or Wait & Save product before dispatch, please contact us at support@commafootball.com as soon as possible.

Whether a pre-dispatch cancellation can be accepted will depend on the status and nature of the order and any rights available to you under applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply to your purchase.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory right to cancel or withdraw from an online purchase, including certain consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to any exceptions permitted by applicable law.

To exercise this right, please notify us at support@commafootball.com within the applicable withdrawal period.

Where required by law, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of our standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for an expedited, premium or alternative delivery method may not be refundable.

You may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods where permitted by applicable law and where you were informed of this obligation before purchase.

Certain products may be excluded from a statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Statutory withdrawal rights are separate from your rights in relation to faulty, defective, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant goods.

Returning Products

Please do not return a product without first contacting us at support@commafootball.com.

Where a physical return is required, we will provide you with return instructions and the applicable return address or return destination after reviewing your request.

For customers exercising an applicable statutory right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the applicable withdrawal period. Where required by law, you must then send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Where required by applicable law, we will reimburse amounts due within the required timeframe. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

Unless we have agreed otherwise, products should not be sent to our registered business address or to any warehouse, manufacturer or fulfilment facility without return instructions from us.

Where you are responsible for return shipping costs under this Refund Policy or applicable law, this will be communicated to you as part of the return instructions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or appears to have a manufacturing fault.

Please provide your order details, a description of the issue and, where reasonably requested, photographs showing the problem so that we can assess your claim.

Minor characteristics that are inherent to the product or do not constitute a failure to meet an applicable consumer guarantee may not constitute a defect. Each claim will be assessed based on the nature of the issue and applicable consumer law.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-compliant, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where applicable law requires Comma Football to bear reasonable return costs in connection with a valid claim, we will do so.

Lost, Missing or Undelivered Packages

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where tracking is available.

Tracking information may occasionally experience delays or remain unchanged while a parcel is in transit.

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery timeframe, or tracking indicates that it has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us at support@commafootball.com so that we can investigate with the carrier.

Where tracking indicates delivery to the address provided with your order, we may ask you to check with other members of your household, neighbours, the delivery location or the carrier while the delivery is investigated.

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided when the order was placed, the parcel may be delayed, lost or returned to us. Where a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you may be responsible for reasonable additional shipping costs required to resend the order where permitted by applicable law.

The availability of tracking information or proof of delivery does not exclude any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.
